Jim Belfiore, well-respected in the valley for his expertise and data-driven knowledge of the home-building industry has been a guiding force for developers and those in real estate for many years. Industry insiders relied on Jim’s insight and in-depth analysis to decide what to build and where to build it. After selling his consulting company, Belfiore Real Estate Consulting he became president of a start-up, Kasa Development where he worked to secure over 400 lots in 3 states as a part of that organization’s growth strategy.
As Chief Strategist now for Keystone Homes, his expertise in land acquisition is certainly being tapped into as we focus on identifying and acquiring the right properties for development, most specifically for our BFR communities under the brand of The Havenly.
Timing is perfect for this addition to the Keystone Homes team as we celebrate the grand opening of and ribbon cutting for The Havenly Fountain Hills. This flagship of The Havenly Communities has seen a lot of positive attention from the town and opened with over 1,000 prospective residents on the interest list. Phase one opened with 70 of the 78 homes already leased.
“It just exceeded our expectations,” Rich Eneim, Jr. said. “We had over 1,000 people on our interest list. It’s been incredibly positive. Over half are coming from houses either owned or rented.”
