Scottsdale homebuilder sells first build-to-rent asset, has $197M in development pipeline

Article highlights the recent sale of our first BTR/BFR community, The Havenly Fountain Hills. Purchased by Pillar Communities, this 147 home gated-community was the springboard for expanding the brand of Havenly Communities.
Now in development, The Havenly Superstition which will include 166 homes in a gated-community in Apache Junction; The Havenly Prescott which will feature 200 homes including a new townhome floor plan.
Additional communities in planning stages now include our first community outside of the state of Arizona, The Havenly Santa Fe. This will be Santa Fe, New Mexico’s first build-to-rent community and we couldn’t be more excited to work with this city! Santa Fe’s housing shortage, Keystone Homes’ ability to bring a quality product that architecturally embraces the traditional style of Santa Fe, and the unique lifestyle a Havenly Community brings secured this wonderful opportunity. Carriage homes (built over garages) will be a new floor plan offered at this location.
The Havenly Gilbert is also in planning with focus on bringing 157 new homes that will include a mix of townhomes, single-level detached, two-story loft homes.
