The Phoenix Business Journal published this article that highlights the recent successes that Keystone Homes has experienced with both our for sale communities and our build-for-rent community, The Havenly Fountain Hills.
March 10th, Keystone Homes celebrated the grand opening of the first build-for-rent community, The Havenly in the lovely town of Fountain Hills. The positive response of this first opening resulted in residents “moving in as soon as we finish them” Rich Eneim, Jr. is quoted as saying in this article.
“Three additional build-to-rent projects under The Havenly brand are on the drawing board, with 200 homes to break ground in Prescott in June, another in the southeast Valley and another 195-home project out of state.”
Build-for-rent (or Build-to-rent–terms are interchangeable) communities are certainly seen as providing for unmet housing demand and are gaining in popularity.
Keystone Homes continues to seek land opportunities for both for sale and for rent communities. The newest community for sale, Hazelwood is in a pre-development stage now in Chandler, Arizona. This gated community will feature four different single-level floorplans with three different elevation styles with sizes ranging from 2,750 to 3,330 square feet, 3-car garages, 3-5 bedrooms. Construction is planned to start this fall and is anticipated to open for sale at the end of 2023.
