Current Buying Opportunity and Process at Keystone Homes’ Gardener’s Enclave

Keystone Homes’ approach to this highly sought-after community offers a unique experience to our customers and takes much of the guesswork out of the home buying process.  Keystone Homes has taken its over 30 years of experience and customer feedback to create our C3 Home Program. This new concept of Custom Curated and Colorized inventory homes removes much of the time-consuming and sometimes anxiety-producing part of the new home buying process and allows the discerning buyer to confidently choose their perfect home knowing that it was professionally styled, and options thoughtfully put together. Imagine! This simple shift in philosophy opens the doors to fewer steps for the buyer, as well as provides earlier ability to lock in your mortgage interest rate!

As such, every 4-6 weeks we will announce the release of 2-3 homes at a time.  Our first release is for homesites 46 and 50 which will be offered at our Grand Opening on Saturday, April 10th.

Please refer to the interactive site plan and “Available Homes” section of our webpage to find more details on the corresponding floor plans for these homesites.  “Pre-sold new start” homes on vacant lots within the community will not be offered at this time.  The C3 Home Program is the only option available for interested buyers for this community.

-Ability to lock interest rates quickly

-Quicker closing timeframe than with a pre-sold new start home


-All details for the first release of homesites 46 and 50 will be available starting on Saturday, April 10th

-Buyers will then have until Friday, April 16 to complete the pre-qualification steps and submit their “notice of intent to proceed” on a specific homesite.  The buyers will be selected and notified before 2 pm on Saturday, April 17.
