In the news–The Arizona Republic New Home Central April-1-2022
Keystone Homes making the news with this article from The Arizona Republic’s NewHomeCentral April 2022 issue. There are different types of communities that have been designed to suit the lifestyle needs of people who may not have traditionally chosen to rent. The current market conditions coupled with the consumer demand for detached homes for rent, really paved the way for communities like The Havenly Fountain Hills. Build-to-rent/build-for-rent (BFR or BTR) communities tend to offer private yards, no shared-walls, and a little more breathing room plus greater flexibility financially…with no big down payment needed and no responsibility for upkeep.
Metro-Phoenix has (at time of publication) 52 BFR communities either actively leasing or under construction. This has really ramped up in the last five years, according to Burns Consulting who is quoted several times throughout this article.
“We believe this lifestyle has already become a core choice for those considering renting a home,” said Jim Belfiore, our very own Chief Strategist. “Keystone built its first BFR community, The Havenly, in Fountain Hills, the community offers 147 single-family detached homes for rent.”
